A new article from Time Magazine called Fit At Any Size has new evidence that you CAN be healthy at a larger-than-average size as long as you're active. There is a movement called Health at Every Size that has been around for quite awhile. http://www.haes.org. It's been clinically demonstrated that not only is it possible to be healthy regardless of size, but that HAES is the only type of dietary correction that doesn't have recidivism (gaining weight back.)
